Key Responsibilities
The Training Committee is entrusted with organizing and facilitating impactful programs, including the renowned Train New Trainers (TNT) and Sub-Regional Trainings (SRT). These initiatives are carefully designed, to help students develop critical soft skills, including time management, problem-solving, confidence-building, ensuring participants develop the confidence and tools needed to excel, while fostering collaboration and leadership. Moreover, the committee actively supports capacity building among IADS members by organizing targeted training sessions, fostering leadership development for the aim of strengthening the individual and collective capabilities of members, ensuring they are well-prepared to drive progress within the organization and their professional endeavors.

Projects and Initiatives
The Training Committee has successfully implemented initiatives such as the TNT and SRT programs. TNT equips individuals with expertise in leadership, communication, and project management, preparing them to become trainers who can inspire and guide others. The SRT program, designed as a platform for newly trained trainers, allows them to showcase their expertise to a local audience, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. At the conclusion of these programs, participants receive certification as IADS Certified Trainers, signifying their readiness to lead and inspire others.

With a network of over 200 IADS Certified Trainers who are experts in their respective fields, we provide a wealth of knowledge and experience. Additionally, our collaborations with renowned international organizations such as IPSF, IFMSA, WHO, and EDSA further enrich the resources and opportunities available to students, fostering growth on a global scale.
