Under the guidance of the Vice President for Exchanges, our team develops and manages the International Clinical Exchange Programs (ICEP)—designed to offer students and young dentists hands-on experience in diverse healthcare environments.

Exchange Board has produced a stellar opportunity for Dental Students to broaden their horizons and make their mark in this fast-pacing, ever-changing and innovative world. IADS strives to provide Dental Clinical Internships, uniquely designed to accommodate and acuminate the intellectual and technical needs of dental students. It works to overcome cultural barriers by delivering a work-friendly and healthy atmosphere through its exchange projects.
Our goal is to create opportunities that allow participants to enhance their clinical skills, engage in cultural exchange, and gain insights into different healthcare systems worldwide.
The Exchange Board also ensures that participants are well-supported throughout their journey. Whether it’s helping with placement logistics, providing guidance during the exchange, or organizing networking opportunities, the committee remains actively involved at every stage.

Many students describe their ICEP experience as one of the most rewarding parts of their education, offering practical learning that complements their academic studies.
In addition to clinical training, ICEPs foster a strong sense of international community. Participants often stay connected with their peers long after the exchange, forming friendships and professional relationships that continue into their careers.
The Exchange Board
follows the IADS Clinical Exchange Regulations, ensuring that all exchanges maintain high professional and ethical standards. Applications, placements, and program details are managed through the IADS Exchange Portal.
